Founder
As the visionary behind MG Wellness & Counselling, Michel started MG W&C not just as a place for therapy but as a hub where individuals can explore their inner selves, find resilience, and achieve personal growth. Through their guidance and expertise, MG W&C hopes to empower individuals to embrace their journeys toward biopsychosocial wellness with courage and confidence.
With an open heart, a commitment to reflective listening, and a dedication to community integration, Michel is a passionate advocate for inclusivity, diversity, and equity. Recognizing the gap in Western healthcare systems, MG W&C was created to bridge social service programs and make wellness initiatives more accessible within the community to those who need it most.
