Our Fees

Customizable and Sliding Scale Options Available

$130 - $180 + HST per hour/session
Sliding scale available depending on client’s financial needs
Depending on therapeutic intervention
Many extended health plans cover Registered Clinical Counsellors and Canadian Certified Counsellors (RCC/CCC). Check with your insurance provider what your yearly claimable limit is and if there is a cap on each individual session.
On request, we can provide an itemized receipt that you may send to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
By default, clients receive an automated credit card receipt which may or may not be accepted by insurance providers.
‍The following plans are known to cover some or all of counselling provided by RCCs and CCCs:
– Green Shield Insurance
– Canada Life
– Equitable Life of Canada
– Great West Life
– Pacific Blue Cross
– Sunlife insurance
If you find that RCC or CCC visits are not covered under your plan, you may contact your employer, Human Resources Department, or insurance company to request a small change to the plans coverage.
$80 - $200 + HST per hour
